About the Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned Program

Only pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles in optimal pre-owned condition can qualify for the certified pre-owned program. Each vehicle must go through a rigorous certification process for eligibility. Passing vehicles come with the benefits of certified pre-owned status.

First, all certified pre-owned Mercedes-Benz models must be under six years old, have less than 75,000 miles on them, have a complete service history, and show a clean CARFAX® Vehicle History Report™. The vehicle goes through a 165+ point inspection if these criteria are upheld. After that, a road test ensures that the vehicle is up to high performance standards. If a vehicle follows these requirements, it can join the Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned program.

Extended CPO Warranty Coverage

All these certification criteria are enforced for one purpose: to help ensure a high quality pre-owned experience for Mercedes-Benz drivers. Mercedes-Benz CPO vehicles come standard with extended warranty coverage to provide even more confidence.1

Certified pre-owned Mercedes-Benz vehicles come with the remainder of their original 4-year/50,000-mile New Vehicle Limited Warranty.1 However, the coverage does not stop there.
